1993-94:
MIZZOU: Strong forward who gained valuable experience in her first Tiger season. A transfer from Howard Junior College in Big Spring, Texas. Played in 26 games while starting 16, the most of any Tiger newcomer. Started eight of Missouri's last nine games. Scored in double figures in five games, including a career-high 17 points vs. Creighton. When in the starting lineup, the Tigers had a record of 11-5. Led the team in rebounding once, grabbing nine boards in the Tigers' victory over Oklahoma State. Recorded one double-figure rebounding game with 12 boards against Indiana State. Dished out eight assists vs. Illinois State. Ranked third on the team in assists (54). Tallied six steals vs. Iowa State.
HOWARD JUNIOR COLLEGE: Tabbed the 1992 conference "Player of the Year." Was a two-time team MVP. Led Howard to a 26-6 record in 1991-92. Averaged 12.0 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.4 steals per game. Twice named a first-team all-conference and all-region choice. Was selected to the region's postseason all-star team two consecutive years. Was the only newcomer to start all 32 games as a freshman.
HIGH SCHOOL: Twice chosen Palo Duro High's team MVP. Capped her senior season as the district and city's "Player of the Year." Also lettered in volleyball and track.
PERSONAL: Majoring in accounting. Born May 30, 1972.
