Awards and Honors
2013 Winter SEC Academic Honor Roll
Junior (2013-14): Appeared in 29 games earning 12 starts... Earned a career high mark with 10 points against Miami... Recorded 20 minutes of playing time in three games and snatched 10 steals on the year...she grabbed at least one rebound in all but two games on the season.
Sophomore (2012-13): Appeared in 24 of Missouri's contests...put up a season high seven points against Texas A&M on Jan. 27...was named to the Winter SEC Academic Honor Roll...hit two three-pointers in Mizzou's 88-64 win over Alabama to help the Tigers clinch the all-time season record for three-pointers in the league...grabbed a career-high six rebounds against Chicago State on Nov. 12.
Freshman (2011-2012): Appeared in 29 games for the Tigers and earned six starts...netted a career-high eight points against Wright State...Was among 27 student-athletes named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.
Prep: A four-year varsity letter winner at Staley High School in Kansas City, Bree has proven she is a winner...Her team had a record of 56-25...She averaged 17 ppg, 8 rpg, and 6 apg in her senior season and shot 55 percent on all field goals, leading Staley to a record of 19-8 and an Elite 8 finish in the state tournament...Three-time All-Conference and All-District player in basketball from 2008-1...Won Conference her senior season...Two-time All-State player in Missouri for basketball.
Personal: Parents- Earl & Alicia Fowler...Majoring in Nursing at Mizzou...Honor Roll Student all four years at Staley High School...Also was a two-time All-State athlete in track & field in high school.
