Corey Dulak-Sigler joined the University of Missouri Athletics Department in October 2025 as the Director of Applied Performance within Olympic Athletic Performance. In this role, Dulak-Sigler serves as the athletic performance coach for Mizzou Softball and Swimming and Diving, overseeing the development and implementation of training programs designed to enhance performance, reduce injury risk and support long-term athlete development.
Dulak-Sigler brings a decade of experience in strength and conditioning across collegiate athletics. Prior to Mizzou, Dulak-Sigler spent five years at George Mason University, serving as Director of Strength and Conditioning for women’s lacrosse, softball and wrestling from 2023 to 2025, following two years as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the same programs.
Additional experience includes assistant and graduate assistant roles at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, George Washington University and Georgetown University, as well as serving as Director of Strength and Conditioning for all sports at White Bear Lake High School. Dulak-Sigler began a career in athletic performance as an intern at Marquette University.
A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Dulak-Sigler holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh (2015) and a Master of Science in Exercise and Nutrition Sciences from George Washington University (2020). Dulak-Sigler maintains multiple professional certifications, including CSCS through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, SCCC through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association and Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification.
