Mary Haff joined the University of Missouri softball program as a graduate assistant in the summer of 2023. She was elevated to Assistant Coach / Director of Player Development ahead of the 2025 season.

"Everyone in the SEC is familiar with Mary's highly decorated playing career having had to play against her many times over her four-year career," Mizzou Head Softball Coach Larissa Anderson said of Haff. "She brings in a wealth of experience from her playing days at Arkansas and Internationally."

Haff came to Missouri after playing five years at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas. During her time as a Razorback, Haff compiled a 97-31 record with 15 saves on a 1.85 ERA. She led the Razorbacks to two SEC Regular-Season titles and an SEC tournament title, while appearing in four Regionals (three Super Regionals) over five seasons.

Haff was recognized as a four-time All-SEC and NFCA All-Region pitcher. In 2021, Haff was named an NFCA All-American and the SEC Co-Pitcher of the Year.
