Brett Sigley

Brett Sigley enters his third year as a full-time athletic trainer on the University of Missouri sports medicine staff. He currently serves as the athletic trainer for the baseball program. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day medical care for Mizzou Baseball while assisting with the Mizzou Football program.

Sigley graduated with a bachelor’s degree in athletic training from West Virginia University in 2014, where he worked with the Mountaineer men’s basketball and football teams in addition to spending time as a preseason intern with the Tennessee Titans and St. Louis Rams in 2012 and 2013, respectively. He completed his master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of Missouri in 2016, where he served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer with the Tiger football, softball and dance programs.

Sigley is a certified and licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC) and certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) and a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).

He is a native of Rivesville, W.Va., and currently resides in Columbia, Mo.
