Outdoor: Medical redshirt season. Indoor: Earned All-Big 12 honors for the third-straight year in the Mile, placing a career-best third at the conference meet with a 4:05.24 time ... clocked all-time Mile best of 4:02.55, an NCAA-provisional qualifier, at the Meyo Invite in Notre Dame ... winner of the 1000-meter run at the Missouri Invitational.

2006:
Cross Country: Ran two races before season-ending injury occurred. Outdoor: Ran two races before season-ending injury occurred. Indoor: Grabbed All-Big 12 honors with seventh-place finish in the Mile run at the Big 12 Indoor ... ran for a personal best 4:04.55 in placing fourth in the well- known Meyo Mile at Notre Dame ... part of two winning relays during season, at the Missouri Invitational, was part of winning DMR team; at MU-KU-KSU Triangular, was part of winning 4x800-meter relay team.

2005:
Cross Country: Ran in the Southern Stampede, placing 30th overall, clocking a new 8k personal best of 25:43.5. Outdoor: Found his way to the NCAA Championships, qualifying in the 1500-meter after placing sixth at the NCAA Mideast Regional final, having to run tough races from behind to grab a top spot in the final and the preliminary ... ironically, his surging races in the regional came in Bloomington, Ind., the same place he ran a five- second PR and the best for a Tiger in over 30 years in the 1500-meter run at the Billy Hayes Classic with a time of 3:44.14 (4:02 mile) ... was on runner-up distance medley relay and third-place 4x800-meter relay teams at the Drake Relays. Indoor: Was on Big 12 Champion and school-record breaking distance medley relay team ... scored twice for the Tigers at the Big 12 Championships with the DMR and with a seventh-place finish in the Mile (4:10.40) ... took six seconds off his Mile personal best throughout the season with a clocking of 4:04.74 at the Iowa State Classic.

2004:
Cross Country: Placed 30th at the Woody Greeno Invitational, second-best on the team ... finished 83rd at the Big 12 Championships ... season best: 8k, 26:09, Notre Dame Invite. Outdoor: On 4x800-relay team that took fourth place at the Drake Relays ... finished third at the Missouri Relays in the 800-meter run ... 19th at the Big 12 Championships in the 800 ... season bests: 800m, 1:56.49, Missouri Relays; 1500m, 3:51.74, Billy Hayes. Outdoor: On 4x800-relay team that took fourth place at the Drake Relays ... finished third at the Missouri Relays in the 800-meter run ... 19th at the Big 12 Championships in the 800 ... season bests: 800m, 1:56.49, Missouri Relays; 1500m, 3:51.74, Billy Hayes.
