Quickly:
Strong, athletic forward that will be asked for more a larger rebounding presence this season ... Able to score in bunches and is at his best when slashing towards the bucket ... Spent most of the summer rehabbing from a pair of injuries, first a stress fracture in his pelvis, which was initially noticed late in his junior year and a broken toe, which was suffered while running stairs during a workout session while visiting family for the weekend in Austin ... Will be back to full strength for the start of practice ... A highly-visible member of the Columbia community and volunteers time at local elementary schools during the fall and summer semesters.

2006-07 Season:
Finished the year as one of three Tigers in double figures, averaging 10.1 points, 4.2 rebounds 1.5 assists and 0.8 steals in all-30 games ... Saw his statistical averages increase to 12.0 points and 4.9 rebounds in league action ... Finished second on the club with 29 starts ... Was a much-improved free throw shooter during his junior campaign and finished No. 15 in Big 12 play with a 73.3 percent stroke from the charity stripe ... 2005-06 Season:
Scored a career high 21 points at No. 22 Oklahoma ... Hit the game-winning free throws vs. the Sooners with 1.8 seconds remaining and the score tied at 69-69 ... Went toe-to-toe with Preseason Big 12 Player of the Year Taj Gray (19 points, seven boards) ... Added six boards and a block in 33 minutes to tie for game-high scoring honors, while hitting a career best 9-of-12 shots ... Second game-winning play came against Nebraska in the regular-season finale vs. Nebraska ... Hit a floater with :03 seconds remaining to put the Tigers up 64-63 ... Scored a then-career high 20 points in the opener vs. Sam Houston State in the NIT Season Tip-Off ... Hit a career best 7-of-10 shots and 5-of-6 free throws ... Recorded his first career double-double vs. Eastern Illinois with 19 points and a career high 11 rebounds ... Hit 9-of-13 free throws (both career highs) and blocked two shots ... Followed that game with a 14-point, six rebound night vs. Oakland and a 10-point, six rebound effort vs. Louisiana Monroe ... Grabbed a then-career high nine rebounds vs. Illinois, six of which came on the offensive end ... Also had a pair of assists and scored six points ... Coming off a solid freshman season in the Big 12 and actually saw his numbers increase across the board during League play ... Saw increased playing time during that stretch as well, averaging 17.9 minutes, up from his season average of 16.8 minutes per game ... Ranked second among Mizzou freshmen with 5.1 ppg., but saw that average increase to 5.6 in the Big 12 ... Scored in double figures five times, including a season high 12 points at home vs. Texas Tech ... Was the team's most consistent shooter from bonus distance, hitting 22-of-58 triples for a 37.9 percent success rate ... Hit 45.5 percent of his field goals overall during Conference play and ranked fifth on the team with 20 steals ... Enjoyed his most complete game of the year at Colorado, where he scored 11 points on 3-of-3 shooting from three-point range and recorded a career high eight rebounds ... Recorded five points and five boards in his return to his home town of Austin, Texas, against UT ... Scored 11 points on 5-of-7 shooting at Texas A&M ...
