2025 (Houston Christian): Edwards had a breakout season, rushing for 1,061 yards in 12 games … scored 12 rushing touchdowns and averaged 5.3 YPC ... added 12 receptions for 106 yards to average 5.9 yards per reception with a long catch of 19 yards … recorded three 100-yard rushing games with a career-best 214 against Northwestern State on 30 carries with two scores … rushed for 175 yards and four touchdowns in the season opener against Arkansas Baptist … went for 130 yards on 18 carries vs. McNeese. 2024 (Houston Christian): Edwards appeared in three games as a true freshman…rushed four times for 19 yards with a best of seven yards at UTSA (9/21)…carried the ball twice for two yards against #20 Tarleton State (9/7)…named to the Southland Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

High School: Edwards was a three-star recruit out of Clear Springs High School where he played for coach Anthony Renfro…twice earned all-district honors and was an academic all-district selection…had a three-touchdown performance in the state playoffs in a win over Shadow Creek.
