An extremely athletic offensive lineman who dominated his competition with his athletic and strong frame … His balance and toughness stood out to the Mizzou coaches … His greatest attribute may be his quickness out of the stance … Was the No. 1 recruit in the state of Kansas according to Rivals and the No. 23 offensive guard nationally … Ranked among ESPN’s top 300 recruits in the 2015 class and was a four-star recruit … Also dubbed as the top recruit in Missouri by Scout.com … Earned All-State honors as a junior after leading Blue Valley to a Class 5A State Championship, helping the team total more than 5,000 yards of total offense over 13 games … Led Blue Valley to District and Regional Championships in 2014 as well … Brother, Kirk, plays offensive line for Northern Iowa … Also excelled as a thrower in track and field during the spring, finishing fourth in the state of Kansas in the shot put and fifth in the discus as a junior.
