2019 SEASON
Enjoyed one of his most productive seasons as a redshirt senior, playing in all 12 games and making 17 tackles with a pair of interceptions, four pass breakups and 1.0 tackle for loss … Made one of the season’s signature plays against South Carolina (9/21), posting a game-changing 100-yard, pick-six interception that helped Mizzou to a 34-14 win over the Gamecocks … The 100-yard pick-six was Mizzou’s seventh 100-yard scoring play in school history and set the school record for the longest INT return in Mizzou history, besting Marcus King’s 2005 99-yard INT return, also against South Carolina in the Independence Bowl … Also hauled in an interception in Mizzou’s 38-7 win over West Virginia (9/7) … His two interceptions were second-most of the team in 2019 … Tallied pass breakups in back-to-back games against Ole Miss (10/12) and at Vanderbilt (10/19), and in the season’s final two games against Tennessee (11/23) and at Arkansas (11/29) … Tallied a season-high five tackles against Florida (11/16) and had 11 of his 17 tackles over the season’s final four games … Had three stops in the season-opener at Wyoming (8/31) … Finished his Mizzou career with 105 tackles (70 solo), 7.5 tackles for loss, 1.0 sacks, two interceptions and 10 pass breakups … Signed with the San Francisco 49ers following the 2020 NFL Draft.

2018 SEASON
Developed into an important swing defender, taking over the hybrid role between safety and outside linebacker during the course of the season, and made big contributions down the stretch as the Tiger defense gelled nicely … Started three times in 13 games, including late-season starts at Tennessee (11/17) and in the Liberty Bowl against Oklahoma State (12/31) … Finished the year with 18 total tackles, including two tackles for loss and one quarterback sack, while adding one pressure … Logged a season-best five tackles in the Liberty Bowl to close the season out … Made three tackles playing at No. 1 Alabama (10/13), and in his start at Tennessee, notched a pair of tackles, including one for loss, as part of Mizzou’s bit 50-17 victory..

2017 SEASON
Saw action in 10 games, making two starts in the secondary for the Tiger defense ... Finished with 27 tackles on the season, with 18 of those solo stops, while adding a forced fumble, a recovered fumble and one pass break-up as well ... Also had one tackle for loss on the ledger ... Had his biggest game as a Tiger at Kentucky (10/7) when he recorded a career-best 10 tackles, including a tackle for loss ... Followed with five stops the next week at Georgia (10/14), and forced a fumble and broke up a pass in that game, as well ... Recorded three solo tackles against Purdue (9/16) … Assisted on three tackles and record a solo tackle for a total of four against Auburn (9/23) ... Closed spring ball out by making five tackles, including one quarterback sack, while also grabbing an interception in the Black & Gold Spring Game.

2016 SEASON
Emerged into a major playmaker in Mizzou’s secondary, earning four starts while playing in all 12 games …Finished the season with 43 tackles (28 solo) and 3.5 tackles for loss, three pass breakups and a QB hurry … Had a pair of tackles in Mizzou’s season-opener at West Virginia (9/3) … Added a tackle and a half tackle for loss, the first TFL of his career, with a pass break-up against Eastern Michigan (9/10) … Added a solo stop in the SEC opener vs. Georgia (9/17) and against Delaware State (9/23) … Tallied a career-high eight tackles (three solo) at LSU (10/1) … His performance at LSU earned him his first career start at Florida (10/15) and he tallied four tackles (three solo) with a QB hurry ... Posted five tackles with a pass break-up against Middle Tennessee (10/22) in his second career start ... Posted a single tackle each game against Kentucky (10/29) and South Carolina (11/5) ... Tallied a tackle against Vanderbilt (11/12) … matched his career-high with eight tackles (five solo) against Tennessee, recording 1.5 tackles for a loss of three yards … also tabbed one of Mizzou’s two pass break-ups in the game … recorded a career-best 10 tackles (eight solo) with 1.5 tackles-for-loss against Arkansas (11/25).

2015 SEASON
Redshirt season.

HIGH SCHOOL
An athletic player with incredible speed and quickness who figures to add explosiveness to both sides of the football … Rated as the No. 11 recruit in the state of Missouri by Rivals … Suburban All-Conference Selection … Served as team captain each of his last two seasons, and was a two-time All-Conference performer on the gridiron … Caught 30 passes for 500 yards and 11 touchdowns as a senior, while he made 55 tackles on defense, and returned two kicks for scores, as well … Outstanding sprinter who was an All-State performer on the oval in the 100 meter event for University City … Hauled in 34 passes for 639 yards and nine scores as a junior while adding 83 tackles and two interceptions on defense …   High School Coach – Carl Reed.

PERSONAL
Parents – Ronald & Nakeisha Perkins … Is one of six children, and his brothers’ names are Ronald and Ronnie, while his three sisters’ names are Roneisha, Ronna and Ronera … Chose Mizzou over offers from Illinois, Kansas State, Purdue, Iowa and Memphis among others … Touted the family atmosphere around the Mizzou program and the bond he had with the coaching staff during the recruiting period that ultimately made Mizzou the right choice for him … Also grew very fond of the picturesque Mizzou campus … Working on his degree in General Studies … Lists working out and playing video games among his non-football interests.
