Before Mizzou:
- Spent four season as Eastern Michigan
- Earned Academic All-MAC honors three times from 2019-21
- As a senior in 2021, he started all 13 games at left tackle for the Eagles
- Started all six games during the COVID season in 2020
- Appeared in all 13 games as a redshirt freshman in 2019
High School:
- Attended Normal Community High School, playing under Head Coach Wes Temples
- Ranked as a two-star prospect by Rivals and 247Sports
- Unanimous Big 12 Conference selection after helping NCHS to the league championship and a 10-1 overall record as a senior
- Named First Team Offense at the Midwest Elite Football Exposure Camp
