2018 SEASON
Veteran offensive lineman who has started four of five games at left guard, missing the season-opener vs. UT Martin (9/1) with an ankle injury … Has helped pave the way for an offense that ranks ninth nationally in total offense while averaging 211 yards per game on the ground.
2017 SEASON
Continued his starting role at left guard as the Tiger offense led the SEC in total offense for the second-consecutive year ... Started 12 times in 13 appearances in all, and was a big part of MU’s record-setting offense which led the SEC (ranking eighth nationally) in total offense ... The offensive line led the nation in fewest tackles for loss allowed for the second-straight season (2.85), and also led the SEC in fewest sacks allowed (1.0 per game - fifth nationally), while the Tiger offense also led the SEC in passing efficiency (fourth nationally), and scoring offense (14th in NCAA) ... Also excelled in the classroom, as he was named to the 2017 SEC Academic Honor Roll for his efforts.
2016 SEASON
Started all 12 games at left guard along Mizzou’s offensive line … Part of an offensive line that was the most improved group in the nation despite boasting just three career starts as a unit heading into the season … The group finished first in the nation in tackles for loss allowed (2.92), the lowest in the nation for any team since at least 2005, a remarkable note considering Mizzou ranked 15th nationally in plays … Offensive line group also led the SEC in sacks allowed (16th nationally) and paved the way for a Mizzou offense that led the SEC and ranked 15th nationally (500.5 yards per game and 205.1 on the ground).
2015 SEASON
Appeared in three games on the season, which marked the first action he received in his career…contributed to wins against Southeast Missouri (Sept. 5) and Brigham Young University (Nov. 14).
2014 SEASONÂ

HIGH SCHOOL
Impressed Mizzou’s coaches with his footwork and ability to be nimble for his size … a physical presence in the trenches for Lee’s Summit West High School and head coach Royce Boehm, playing both left tackle and right tackle in two seasons with the Titans … earned Missouri Class 5 First Team All-State recognition on the offensive line as a senior in 2013, helping the Titans claim the Class 5 State Championship … also brought in First Team All-Metro honors from the Kansas City Star … named to American Family Insurance’s 2013 All-USA Missouri Football Team … earned first team all-conference recognition every season of his high school career … began high school career at Lincoln College Preparatory Academy ... played baseball and participated in track and field during his LSW and Lincoln Prep days … high school teammate of fellow 2014 Mizzou signee Logan Cheadle and also played with current Mizzou center Evan Boehm.
PERSONAL
Parents – Maurice Pendleton and Barbara Heizman … chose Mizzou over interest from Arkansas, Iowa State, Kansas State and Nebraska, among others … Majoring in Parks, Recreation & Tourism … mentioned his model car collection as a hobby … mentioned the endless opportunities he’d have in the classroom as a determining factor in his recruitment.
