2015 SEASON
All-SEC First Team honoree … Put together one of the best seasons by a Mizzou linebacker in program history as he finished the regular season leading the nation in tackling (152) and became the first Tiger under Gary Pinkel to post seven consecutive games with 10+ tackles, doing so in the final seven games of the season … Added 12.0 tackles for loss, one of three Tigers with 10+ tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, two interceptions (a team-best) and a national-best three blocked kicks … Also had three pass break-ups and a QB hurry … Opened his season with back-to-back 16-tackles performances against SEMO (Sept. 5) and at Arkansas State (Sept. 12), adding a blocked kick vs SEMO and a two interceptions at Arkansas State … Earned SEC Defensive Player of the Week honors for his efforts at Arkansas State … Had back-to-back 10-tackle outings vs. UConn (Sept. 19) and at Kentucky (Sept. 26) despite spraining his ankle at Kentucky in the third quarter … Played on the injured ankle a week later vs. South Carolina (Oct. 3) and tallied seven tackles, his only game of the year in which he did not reach the 10-tackle mark … Fully healthy vs. Florida (Oct. 10), he tallied 15 tackles and a sack … Posted a career-high 17 tackles at Georgia … Filled up the stat sheet with 12 tackles, one sack and 1.5 tackles for loss and a QB hurry at Vanderbilt (Oct. 24) … Tallied 14 tackles with a forced fumble and a blocked punt vs. Mississippi State (Nov. 5) … Posted a season-best 2.5 tackles for loss with 12 total tackles and a pass break-up at Arkansas (Nov. 27) in the season finale … Named Preseason All-SEC Third Team by the AP and the league’s coaches and was on the Bednarik Award, Nagurski Award and Butkus Award Watch Lists throughout the season … Named Team MVP, Linebacker of the Year and the Missouri ‘Mo’ Award. 

2014 SEASON 
Led Mizzou with 122 tackles on the season and was named AP All-SEC Second Team ... Forced a team-high three fumbles ... Reset his career-high with 14 tackles in the SEC Championship Game vs. No. 1 Alabama ... Team-high 11 tackles and a forced fumble vs. Arkansas that clinched the win with 2:13 left in the game (Nov.28) ... Team-high seven tackles at Tennessee (Nov. 22) ... Team-high 11 tackles, one fourced fumble and one PBU at Texas A&M (11/15) ... Tied for team-lead with six tackles in the 24-14 win vs. Vanderbilt (Oct. 25) ... First forced fumble of his career on a sack/strip of UF QB Treon Harris, dropping the Gator for five yards in the 1Q of the 42-13 win ... Career-high 12 tackles in the game vs. Georgia (Oct. 11) ... Career-best 2.0 TFL among 10 tackles in the win at No. 13 South Carolina (Sept. 27), also making two PBUs.

2013 SEASON 
Only Mizzou linebacker to start every game ... Ended w with 70 tackles, which ranked fourth on the squad, while he grabbed 3 INTs which was 2nd-most on the team ... Tied for team-best with eight tackles in win vs. Texas A&M (Nov. 30) ... had seven tackles (one tackle for loss) in the game vs. No. 20 South Carolina (Oct. 26) ... recorded six stops and one tackle for loss in the win vs. No. 22 Florida (Oct. 19) ... his third interception of the year (and career) came late in the fourth quarter in the win at No. 7 Georgia (Oct. 12), and also reset his career-high in tackles with 10 against the Bulldogs ... second interception of the season occurred in the Tigers 51-28 victory at Vanderbilt (Oct. 5), also setting a then-career-best with six tackles.

2012 SEASON 
Earned his first letter as a redshirt freshman after playing in 11 games, amassing 14 tackles on the year and breaking up one pass ... began the season with a four tackle outing in a win over Southeastern Louisiana, and closed it out with a career-best five tackles in the season finale at Texas A&M ... registered single tackle games at UCF, against Vanderbilt, Kentucky, at Tennessee and vs. Syracuse ... got back on the field in the spring after missing the 2011 season and made solid contributions. 

2011 SEASON 
Sat out the season after sustaining a season-ending leg injury during pre-season scrimmage in August.

HIGH SCHOOL
Highly sought-after prospect out of the state of Oklahoma who was a three-year starter at both linebacker and wide receiver for Guthrie High School ... ranked by Rivals.com as the nation's No. 36 outside linebacker prospect, and as the No. 9 overall prospect coming out of the state of Oklahoma in 2011 ... high school coach - Rafe Watkins.

PERSONAL
Parents - Jeff Jones & Kia Brothers-Jones ... lists hobbies as all sports, video games and large game hunting ... chose Mizzou over a lengthy list of suitors, just a few of which included Arizona, Arizona State, Baylor, Kansas State, Iowa State, Syracuse, and Washington, among others.
