Cross Country - Teylar made her Tiger debut at the MU-Arkansas Dual in Fayetteville, Ark., where she placed 24th overall, 15th for the Tigers, on the 4,000-meter course (15:13)...She was the 14th Tiger across the line at the Roy Griak Invitational, navigating the 6000-meter course in 23:58.85...Hit her season's best time of 23:09 at the Bradley Invitational where she was tenth overall in the Open Race.
Indoor - Teylar started her season with a win at home with the Missouri Opener mile...Hit a season's best in the mile at her third and final meet on the road with the Tigers, crossing in 5:04.44 at the Tyson Invitational...Ended the season at home with a second-place finish in the 3000-meter run at the Collegiate Challenge.
Outdoor - Teylar had a very successful outdoor season, culminating in her first appearance on a Missouri All-Time Top Ten list with her PR in the 3000-meter Steeplechase (10:51.91)...She started the season at the Crimson Tide Invitational, debuting in the Steeplechase with a final time of 11:26.78...Bested that time the following competition at the Mt. SAC Relays (11:06.47)...Ended her season with a 12th-place finish at the SEC Championships in the Steeplechase, landing at No. 7 in the Mizzou Record Books (10:51.91).

Parents are Jason Adelsberger (Erin Adelsberger) and Shannon Bensing (Matthew Bensing)...Born December 6, 1994 in St. Louis, Mich....Sister plays softball at East Central Community College...Teylar was the St. Charles County Large School Athlete of the Year (2013)...Cardinals Featured Athlete (May 2012)...Earned the PPI Essence Award (2012-13)...Member of the National Honor Society...She also competed in softball, earning All-Conference (2010-12) and All-District (2010-11) honors...Volunteered with No Hunger Holiday and Salvation Army Canned Food Drives...She is undecided on her major, but would like to pursure a career in Nursing or Health Sciences.
