Cross Country: Was the fifth Tiger to finish at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge ... ran a personal record 25:30 at the Bradley Classic. Outdoor: Was member of the seventh-place DMR squad at the Drake Relays ... set three personal records during the outdoor season ... Ran the 800m in 1:58.55, the 1500m 3:57.85 ... Took home seventh place at the Botts Invitational in the 800m ... Placed in the top-10 in three 1500m races, placing as high as fourth at Botts. Cross Country: Ran in four races for the Tigers ... Finished 79th at the Big 12 Championships (27:05.50). Outdoor: Redshirt season. Indoor: Ran three races for the Tigers, all at different distances ... placed fourth at the MU-KU-KSU Triangular at 1000 meters with 2:33.64 clocking.
2005:
Cross Country: Placed 70th at the Big 12 Championships, running in 26:12 ... placed 11th at the Bradley Classic with season-best 25:42.6 clocking.
Outdoor: Had his first taste of the 3,000-meter steeplechase competing in three races throughout the month of April ... earned a personal best at a cold and windy Iowa Musco Twilight meet with a time of 9:59.63. Indoor: Competed in the 1,000-meter run and distance medley relay at the Missouri Invitational Jan. 14 and finished fourth in the 1,000 (2:33.84) ... earned a medical hardship waiver for the season.
