2023 CROSS COUNTRY
Took 14th place in the Mizzou XC Opener with a 6k time of 18:51.5 … ran the 8k in 25:02.7 at the Gans Creek Invitational ...f 23rd in the 8k at the XC23 College & Open with a 24:54.7 time ... finished in the top 40 of the SEC Championships, running the 8k in 24:25.4 ... closed out the season with a 31:56.8 mark in the 10k for the second-best time on the team at the NCAA Midwest Region Championships.
