• Posted a personal-best 33:56.58 mark in the 10,000m at the Stanford Invitational to finish fifth (March 29)
• Logged a 16:21.09 time in the 5000m that placed ninth in Missouri’s all-time top-10 list at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 12)
• Posted a personal-best 1500m mark of 4:31.95 to place fourth at the Ward Haylett Invitational (April 26)

Indoor

• Moved up to fourth on Mizzou’s all-time women’s indoor 3000m leaderboard with a 16:25.20 pace
• Placed ninth in the 3000m with a 9:39.24 at the Vanderbilt Invitational (Jan. 20)
• Ran a 16:25.20 5000m run at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23)

Outdoor 

• Finished the 5000m with a time of 16:31.83 at the Raleigh Relays (Mar. 23-25)
• Competed in the 10000m with a time of 34:45.37 at the Mt. SAC Relays (April 14)

Indoor 

• Posted a time of 9:48.11 in the 3000m and took third at the Mark Colligan Memorial (Jan. 21)
• Ran in the 5000m at the Music City Challenge (Feb. 11) and finished with a time of 16:31.97
• Finished in 16:47.44 in the 5000m at the SEC Indoor Championships (Feb. 25)

Cross Country 

• Finished 50th at the SEC Cross Country Championship with a time of 21:10.71 (Oct. 29th)
• Ran a 21:31.0 in the 6k at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships (Nov. 11th)

Outdoor 

• Finished second in 5,000m race in Mizzou Spring Opener (3/19/21) with a 17:19.97 Time
• Set new personal best in 1,500m race at Tom Botts Invitational (4/9/21) with 4:38.22 Mark
• Ran a personal best 16:57.40 in 5,000m at Rock Chalk Classic (4/30/21)… performance was good for a second-place finish
• Finished 26th in 5,000m at SEC Championships (5/13/21) with a 17:16.76 time

Indoor 

• In lone indoor appearance, ran 9:57.70 in 3,000m at Music City Challenge (2/12/21)

Cross Country

• Finished 82nd in the lone appearance of the season with a 21:38.9 time at the SEC Championship (10/30/20).

Outdoor 

• Season canceled due to COVID-19 pandemic

• Redshirted the indoor season

Cross Country

• Finished 23^rd at the Commodore Classic (9/14/19) with a 6K time of 22:00.6, earning SEC Freshman of the Week honors
• Earned SEC Freshman of the Week honors for the second time of the season after finishing sixth at the inaugural Gans Creek Classic (9/27/19) with a 6K time of 21:45.6
• Set a personal record at the Nutycombe Invitational (10/18/19), finishing 146^th with a 6K time of 21:38.9
