What are Digital Tickets?
Digital tickets use email or text messaging to send your tickets directly to you after purchase. These tickets are optimized for display on your smartphone device. Best of all, the app is FREE and can can be downloaded from the iTunes App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) at THIS LINK.

Manage your tickets and parking through your Mizzou Tigers mobile app. Download and open the “Mizzou Tigers” app on your phone. Log in using your email address and password. If you do not know your password, click ‘Forgot Password’ to have a temporary one emailed to you. Follow the step-by-step instructions below to add your tickets to your Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Pay app (Android).
If you are having trouble accessing your digital tickets/parking, please ensure you are running the latest version of the Official Mizzou Tigers app. You may also visit THIS LINK and download your tickets/parking to your mobile wallet from there.

Apple Steps
- Download and open the ‘Mizzou Tigers’ app
- Tap “Continue”
- Select the sports you’d like to follow, then tap “Done”
- Tap the menu button in the upper left corner
- Tap “My Tickets”
- Tap “Sign In to Missouri Tigers”
- Enter your email address and password. If you do not know your password, click “Forgot Password” to have a temporary one emailed to you.
- Tap “Sign In”
- View your tickets/parking passes and tap “Add to Apple Wallet”
- Select which tickets/parking passes to add to your Apple Wallet

Android Steps
- Download and open the ‘Mizzou Tigers’ app
- Tap “My Tickets”
- Tap “Sign In to Ticket Master”
- Enter your email address and password. If you do not know your password, click “Forgot Password” to have a temporary one emailed to you.
- View your tickets/parking passes for each game
- Select your tickets/parking passes for each game then tap “Save to phone”
- Your tickets will be saved to your Google Pay app. If you have not yet installed the Google Pay app, you will be prompted to do so.
- Tap the “Save” button to save your tickets/parking passes to your Google Pay app
- Tap “Open App”
- Tap on your tickets/parking passes for each game
- View and scan your tickets/parking passes for each game
- Q: How do I send a ticket/parking pass?
A: It’s easy! Using the Ticketmaster app, sign in to your account.
- Select My Events , then tap the event you’d like to transfer tickets and/or parking passes for.
- Tap Transfer, select the ticket/s or passes you’d like to send, and enter the recipients info.
- You’re all set. We’ll send an email to your recipient to accept their tickets/parking right in
their account.
- Sending multiple tickets/passes? Simply complete the steps above for each ticket.
- Q: Does the person I send the tickets/passes to need a Ticketmaster account?
A: Yes. If they don’t have one already, they can easily create one in just a few minutes when
they accept their tickets.
Prior to arriving to the Mizzou Athletics event, here are ways to speed up your game day entry:
- Access your tickets and parking passes through My Account page at least 24 hours prior to the event.
- Download and save your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
- Make sure your phone is fully charged.
- Have your parking passes ready to be scanned when entering your lot and your ticket ready before entering the venue.
It is recommended to send each guest their own individual ticket if the party is arriving separately.
PLEASE NOTE: To avoid issues on game day, please download and save tickets/parking passes in advance, as venue connectivity can vary. If you do not download and save your mobile tickets/passes to your mobile wallet prior to the event, you will need to use cellular data or Wi-Fi to access your tickets and may have trouble connecting on game day. Do not print out your digital ticket as printed digital tickets will not be accepted at the gate. If you experience any ticket issues when entering the venue, please visit the closest box office for assistance.

Note: This page will be updated with additional information closer to the start of the fall season, and all season ticket holders will receive detailed instructions for downloading their tickets in advance of the season opener. In addition, Mizzou Athletics will develop an on-line instructional video to guide Tiger fans through the process.
Why is Mizzou Athletics using a digital ticketing delivery system?
Digital tickets will provide a secure environment for our fans while also providing:
- Fast and easy entry to all Mizzou Athletics venues using your mobile phone or smart device
- Instant access to your season tickets through the Mizzou Athletics app after they are loaded into your Mizzou TicketMaster account (two weeks prior to season’s first home event)
- The ability to manage, transfer and sell tickets at any time
- Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets
Where can I download the Mizzou Athletics app?
Fans can download the Mizzou Athletics app free of charge from the App Store or Google Play at THIS LINK. The app is a great source of information on all your favorite Mizzou teams, as well as your ticket into the game!
Are parking passes also digital?
Yes, digital parking passes function the same as digital tickets.
What if my friend(s) and I arrive to the game at different times?
As in past years, each person entering the game will need a ticket to get in. You can transfer tickets to each member of your party individually prior to your arrival.
What if my smartphone or phone battery dies on game day?
Fans can go to our Memorial Stadium ticket resolution windows, at Gate 1, as well as the main box office at Mizzou Arena for assistance. Mobile help desks will also be available on each side of Memorial Stadium to assist fans on game day. Additional information will be sent to ticket holders in advance of the game to handle issues such as this.
May I have multiple tickets on one phone?
Yes, you will have the ability to swipe through multiple tickets on your phone. However, we recommend transferring each person their ticket in case you wish to enter the facility at separate times.
May I transfer my tickets more than one time?
No. Tickets may only be transferred once, however, a transfer may be canceled before it is completed.
Will I receive an email receipt that my transfer has been initiated and also when the tickets are received?
Yes, you will receive confirmation via email that the transfer has been completed.
May I use digital tickets if I do not have smartphone?
No. We recommend contacting the Mizzou Athletics Ticket Office to make arrangements ahead of time as you will not be able to use the digital ticket option on game day without a smartphone.
Can digital tickets be downloaded onto my desktop computer?
No. A barcode transferred to paper is not accepted at entry. Mobile tickets on a mobile device are the only acceptable tickets for entry into the game.
Is there in-venue Wi-Fi so I can download my tickets at the game?
Our venues are equipped with Wi-Fi, however, to guarantee a smooth entry, we recommend downloading your tickets prior to arriving at the venue. They can be saved directly to the Mizzou Athletics app, Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet.
Does a season ticket holder with a current online Ticketmaster account have to create another one to access their tickets on the Mizzou App?
No, please use your current Mizzou Ticketmaster account, otherwise your season tickets will not be on the account.
