ACCESSIBLE SEATING
Accessible tickets can be purchased via phone, in person, or online in the same manner as all other ticket sales. However, fans with special seating needs, such as wheelchair or companion seating, are strongly encouraged to contact the Ticket Office at 573-884-7297 or 1-800-CAT-PAWS.
A percentage of accessible seats will be held for game day ticket exchanges. Game day exchanges will be made on a first come, first served basis, and fans are encouraged to make exchanges as soon as possible prior to the game. Additionally, persons with tickets in accessible areas are encouraged to exchange them for non-accessible seats before selling or giving tickets to those who do not have a need for accessible seating.
If you have tickets in an accessible area but do not have an accessible need, please see the ticket office or an usher to relocate your seats to non-accessible seating. Accessible seating is for the use of patrons with disabilities or mobility issues and their companions only.
ANIMALS
With the exception of service animals, animals are not permitted inside Mizzou Arena. It is recommended that you alert event management of the presence of a service animal prior to the day of the game. This will allow us to provide the highest level of service possible. ATM MACHINE
An ATM machine is located on the northeast concourse of Mizzou Arena, next to the Tiger Team Store.
BAG POLICY
Fans are encouraged not to bring any types of bags inside SEC venues during games; however, the following outlines bags that are permitted:
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12";
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc or similar); and
- Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" (approximately the size of a hand.
- An institutionally approved logo no larger than 4.5" x 3.4" may be displayed on one side of a permissible clear bag.
CAMERA POLICY
Cameras are restricted in Mizzou Arena. The lens cannot be longer than the width of the camera. Large-lens cameras with a stand or tripod are not permitted. Commercial video cameras are not permitted. Personal snapshot pocket cameras are allowed in the arena, however, in no instance may photography interfere with access may photography interfere with access ways, seat, aisle or other guests' enjoyment of the game. Secondary use of any pictures, audio description, film, tape or drawing of the game are exclusive rights of the NCAA.
CONCESSIONS
Concession stands are located throughout Mizzou Arena. There is also a concession stand located on the Club Level for the exclusive use of our guests with Club Level seating.
DOORS OPEN
Mizzou Arena is open 90 minutes prior to the start of Men's Basketball and 1 hour prior to the start of Women's Basketball.
FIRST AID
The First Aid Room is located on the Northwest corner of Mizzou Arena. For assistance in any medical emergency, please contact an usher or the nearest police officer.
GUEST SERVICES
Guest services is located on the main concourse near Section 211. This room is staffed to answer questions about a wide variety of services and items including:
- General information and arena
- Lost & found
- Wheelchair services
- Lost guests
- Comments & concerns
- Sensory Kits that include noise cancelling headphones or earplugs and a fidget item
LOST & FOUND
The lost and found is located in the Guest Services Room on the main concourse level near section 211. Individuals who have lost items need to contact the University of Missouri Department of Intercollegiate Athletics during working hours (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., Mon.-Fri.) at (573) 882-6501.
LOST CHILDREN
Parents/Guardians with a lost child should contact an usher or an police officer to report a missing child. Measures will be taken to locate the child. If a child gets separated from his/her party, he/she should notify the nearest police or event staff member. If the child knows his/her seat location, attempts will be made to return that child to that location.
MOBILE TICKETING AND PARKING
Mizzou utlizes mobile ticketing and parking passes. Mobile tickets use email or text messaging to send your tickets directly to you after purchase. These tickets are optimized for display on your smartphone device. Best of all, the app is FREE and can can be downloaded from the iTunes App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).Â

PARKING
Please note that all lots immediately surrounding Mizzou Arena are reserved for donors to the Tiger Scholarship Fund. All public parking is available in Truman's Landing with a free shuttle running pre-game and post-game from the south entrance of Truman's Landing to Mizzou Arena.

- Banners/signs larger than 2'X 3' (must reflect good sportsmanship and must not be on a pole, or affixed to any part of the facility)

- Laser Lights
- Outside food or beverage
- Professional-grade audio/video equipment
- Strollers
- Umbrellas
- The list of prohibited items is a guide to assist a guest with understanding operations of home sporting events. Event Management reserves the right to interpret specific applications of the guidelines in order to provide a positive and safe environment for everyone in attendance.
RE-ENTRY
Guests will not be allowed to re-enter the facility once they have exited the facility.
RESTROOMS
Restrooms are located throughout Mizzou Arena. A family restroom is located on the northeast corner of the main concourse near the Guest Services Booth at section 211.
SIGN/BANNER POLICY
Spirit banners, flags or signs that are larger than 2' x 3' or considered to be improper will be confiscated by game management. The use of poles to display these items is prohibited. Signs/flags and banners cannot be affixed to any part of the facility. All signs must be approved by game management. Use of unapproved, or inappropriate signs may result in ejection from the facility.
SMOKING/TOBACCOÂ
The entire University of Missouri, including Mizzou Arena is a tobacco-free campus. This includes inside facilities, green spaces and the parking lots surrounding the arena. The use of e-cigarettes is also prohibited. More information is available at https://tobaccofree.missouri.edu/.Â
SOLICITATION
No soliciting is allowed in the arena or near the entrances of Mizzou Arena.
TEAM STORE
The Tiger Team Store is open on the Northeast corner of Mizzou Arena from the time doors open through the conclusion of the event.
TICKET OFFICE HOURS OF OPERATIONS
The Ticket Office is open Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. For weekend games, the ticket office will open two hours prior to tip-off.
TICKET OFFICE ID POLICY
A valid photo ID is required for Will Call pick-ups. The person ordering the tickets MUST be the person picking up the tickets. Any alterations to this policy must be arranged with the University of Missouri Ticket Office in advance of the event.
