REDSHIRT SENIOR (2016-17)
  • Went 5-2 in final season at Mizzou.
  • Bumped up to 157 pounds to wrestle against SIUE’s Tyshawn Williams in Mizzou’s final home dual of the season, recording a pin in overtime (Feb. 15).
  • Won back-to-back matches to open the season, defeating Old Dominion’s No. 20-ranked Emilio Saavedra, 3-1 (Nov. 13), and Kent State’s Chase Driscoll, 2-1 (Dec. 20).
REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2015-16)
  • Record a career-high 28 wins, going 28-8 on the season, 12-2 in dual competition and 6-0 in MAC duals. Scored 42 dual points, sixth most on the team.
  • Was awarded the “Iron Man” Award at end-of-the-year banquet for his courageous effort to wrestle through injuries all season.
  • Qualified for the NCAA Championships for the second time in his career.
  • Finished second at the MAC Championships (March 6), defeating No. 15-ranked Zach Horan (Central Michigan) in the semifinals in overtime, SV-1, 6-4.
  • Named MAC Wrestler of the Week on Feb. 4 after defeating Trae Blackwell (Oklahoma) via fall at 2:40 (Jan. 30) and No. 10-ranked Chris Mecate (Old Dominion), 4-1 (Jan. 31).
  • Defeated No. 15-ranked Zach Horan (Central Michigan) in overtime, 2-1, to assist in Mizzou extending its dual win streak to 37 duals (Jan. 17).
  • Helped Mizzou knock off then-No. 3-ranked Ohio State with a 4-3 decision win over No. 8-ranked Micah Jordan, scoring a last second takedown for the victory (Dec. 12).
  • Defeated No. 19-ranked Trevor Jauch, 4-3, to help Mizzou beat Northern Iowa, 24-19 (Nov. 28).
  • Placed in second place at the Maryville Brand Kaufman Open (Nov. 14), third place at the Joe Parisi Open (Nov. 21), and fourth place at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational (Dec. 5). Defeated two ranked opponents in the three tournaments, including a pin over No. 7-ranked Solomon Chishko (Virginia Tech) in the consolation semifinals of the CKLV Invitational.

REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2014-15)

  • Finished with a 10-4 overall record, including a 6-4 mark in dual competitions.
  • Made 10 starts at 133 pounds this season, earning back-to-back seasons with double digit dual starts for Mizzou.
  • Of his 10 wins this season, five resulted in bonus points (three Major Decisions, two Falls).
  • Crowned 2014 Harold Nichols Cyclone Open 133 pound Champion.
  • Went a perfect 4-0 at Cyclone Open, earning two major decisions and two decisions.
  • Opened the season with an eight match winning streak, racking up five bonus points victories during that span.
  • Tallied two pins this season with his fastest coming in 1:23 (Nov. 15, 2014 against Truman State's Ethan Retschler).

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2013-14)

  • In his second season with the Tigers, Manley competed in four tournaments for the Tigers as well as finding a place on the starting lineup at 133 pounds.
  • Won five straight matches at the Warren Williams/Daktronics open to claim the title.
  • Lost in the finals, 4-1, at the Harold Nichols Cyclone Open for a second-place finish.
  • His first career dual start and win occurred against Kagan Squire of Ohio, 1-0
  • Finished in third place at the UNI Open, his only loss coming against Levi Wolfensperger of Northern Iowa.
  • His first win over a ranked opponent was at the Southern Scuffle where he defeated No. 5 Ryan Mango (Stanford) 8-6 in sudden victory.
  • Represented Missouri at 133 pounds at the 2014 MAC Championships. Manley finished in sixth place, narrowly missing a shot at automatic qualification to Nationals. Was given a wildcard bid, however, and was able to make his first appearance at Nationals.
  • Went 1-2 in matches at Nationals, with his win coming against No. 16 Mack McGuire, evening out their season series against each other to 2-2.
FRESHMAN (2012-13)
  • In his redshirt season on the team, Manley competed in three tournaments at 125 pounds.
  • Finished in second place at the UCM Open after picking up his first five collegiate wins, including a tournament opener against Jeramy Griffen (Labette CC) by fall at 6:05.
  • A fifth-place finish followed at the Joe Parisi Open where he also picked up another five wins.
  • Another second-place finish occurred at the Roger Denker Open.
  • Manley picked up 13 wins on the season, four of which came by either fall or major decision.
     
PERRY HIGH SCHOOL (PERRY, OKLA.)
  • Lettered in wrestling all four years of high school.
  • Won state his sophomore, junior, and senior years at 103, 112, and 126 pounds, respectively.
  • Finished third place at state his freshman season at 103 pounds.
  • Accumulated a high school career record of 171-17, highlighted by an incredible 48-1 record as a senior.
  • Thirteen of Manley's 17 losses came as a freshman.
  • The Perry Maroons finished first at state all four years that Manley wrestled for them.
  • One hundred of his 171 wins came via the fall.
  • Was honored as an All-State Wrestler, Oklahoma 3A Wrestler of the Year, and was a Jim Thorpe Award Finalist.
  • Academically, was part of the National Honor Society, as well as being a Junior Rotarian.
  • Was awarded the Masonic Lodge Student of Today award in 2010.
