2021 (Graduate): Played in all 12 regular season games and started four of those … racked up 24 tackles, 15 of which were unassisted, three TFL and a sack on the season … recorded a season-high of four tackles three times against Texas A&M (10/2), North Texas (10/9), and at Vanderbilt (10/30) … had three tackle performances at Vanderbilt (10/30), in which he also earned a sack, and in the bowl clinching victory over Florida (11/20).
2020 (Senior): Preseason Watch List for the Bronko Nagurski (top defensive player), Outland Trophy (top interior lineman) and Wuerffel Trophy (community service) … missed five games while battling injuries but still recorded 12 total tackles and one fumble recovery … had a season-best four tackles and a fumble recovery at Mississippi State (12/19) … three tackles against No. 2 Alabama (9/26) … had two tackles in games against No. 21/20 Tennessee (10/3) and Vanderbilt (11/28).
2019 (Junior): Tallied 27 tackles and a team-high 6.5 sacks for a loss of 51 yards … his 6.5 sacks were tied for the most among any returning SEC defender in 2020 … posted a pair of multiple-sack performances as a junior, both coming in SEC play … first did so against South Carolina (9/21) and then again vs. Florida (11/16), both times resulting in a loss of 16 yards … posted sacks against West Virginia (9/7), Troy (10/5) and had a half sack vs. Tennessee (11/23) … tallied a career-high five tackles in the Tennessee game and had multiple tackles in five consecutive SEC games from Oct. 12 through Nov. 23.
2018 (Sophomore): Ended the year with eight tackles in 12 appearances ... had a pair of tackles for loss and one quarterback sack, which came at No. 1 Alabama (10/13), when he got a big push up the middle and sacked Tide QB Tua Tagovailoa for a 12-yard loss, while also knocking the ball loose ... teammate Akial Byers fell on the fumble for a turnover which set up an eventual score for the offense ... had a season-best three tackles in that game at 'Bama ... earlier in the year, turned in a two-tackle outing at South Carolina (10/6).
2017 (Freshman): Earned significant snaps as a true freshman, as he saw the field in 12 games, making nine tackles in all ... two of his tackles went for loss, including one quarterback sack ... assisted on one tackle in his Mizzou debut against Missouri State (9/2) … registered one tackle and one tackle for loss against Purdue (9/16) … tallied a career-high five tackles (one solo), one tackle for a loss of 11 yards and one sack in Mizzou’s game against Auburn (9/23) ... had single tackles at Georgia (10/14) and later at UConn (10/28) ... recovered a fumble to help spark Mizzou’s big home win over Tennessee (11/11).
High School: Three-star recruit by 247Sports and a two-star prospect by Rivals and Scout.com … named Texas 23-6A Defensive MVP following his senior season at Alief Taylor … 6A honorable mention all-state pick following his senior season … posted 95 total tackles with seven sacks, 19 TFLs, a pick-six and a forced fumble as a senior … earned first-team all-district honors as a junior and second-team all-district honors as a sophomore.
