REDSHIRT SENIOR (2023-24)

  • Split time between 174 and 184 pounds for Mizzou, going 10-7 overall in his redshirt junior season
  • Took third place at the Tiger Style Invite (Nov. 11) and fourth in the Cougar Clash (Dec. 2) while competing at 184 pounds 
  • Finished the year at 174 pounds, competing in the Soldier Salute (Dec. 29) and Missouri Valley Open (Feb. 3)

REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2022-23)

  • Finished his first season wrestling at 184 pounds with an 11-4 record
  • Represented the Tigers in the season’s first four duals and earned a tech fall (18-2) in the season opener against Lindenwood (Nov. 6)
  • Placed second at the Tiger Style Invite (Nov. 12), wrapping up the tournament with a 2-1 record
  • Compiled a 2-2 record at the Southern Scuffle (Jan. 1-2)
  • Advanced to the championship final of the Roger Denker Open (Jan. 15)

REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2021-22)

  • Big 12 Wrestler of the Week (Feb. 1-8)
  • Wrestled to an impressive 20-7 record, including substituting into the lineup at 174 pounds for five duals, going 3-2 over that span with ranked wins over No. 11 Hayden Hastings (WYO), and No. 32 Kekana Fouret (UVU)
  • Season highlighted by a 5-4 major upset against eventual Big 12 Champion No. 10 Dustin Plott (OKST), Feb. 6, and was named Big 12 Wrestler of the Week following the win
  • Went 13-3 in open tournaments, taking home weight titles at the Kaufman Brand Open (Nov. 6) and Grand View Open (Nov. 13)…Also finished runner-up at the Lindenwood Open (Nov. 20) and fifth place at the UNI Open (Dec. 11)
  • 2019-20 First-Year SEC Academic Honor Roll

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2020-21)

  • Made Mizzou dual debut at North Dakota State Quadrangular (Jan. 3), winning all three bouts
  • Finished his redshirt freshman season 7-3, highlighted by a major decision win against Ohio’s Mason Kroening (Jan. 23)
  • Went 1-1 at the Cowboy Challenge Tournament, Feb. 14, with his lone win coming by sudden victory

REDSHIRT SEASON (2019-20)

  • Was virtually unstoppable as an unattached wrestler at 174 pounds during his first year with the program, going 20-1
  • Of his 20 wins on the tournament circuit, 14 were bonus-point wins, including five falls, three major decisions and three technical falls
  • Earned first-place honors in the freshman/sophomore division at the Lindenwood Open (Nov. 23), going 5-0 including a pin in the finals over Sam Osho (Marian University)

BEFORE MIZZOU

  • Went undefeated in his senior campaign, notching a record of 45-0
  • Two-time Oregon State Champion
  • Three-time Fargo All-American
  • Placed sixth at the Cadet Wrestling World Freestyle Championships and seventh Greco-Roman
  • Placed fourth and the 2018 Flo Reno Wrestling World Championships
  • Champion at the RMN Freak Show
  • Placed fifth at the NHSCA
  • Went 43-0 with 24 pins, 10 technical falls and five major decisions at West Linn High School
  • Earned first place finishes in four tournaments in 2018, including the Oregon Junior Men's Freestyle Tournament, the 2018 OSAA/US Bank/Les Schwab Tires, the OSAA 6A Special Districts and the Reser's Tournament of Champions…Won the latter two tournaments as a junior in 2017 as well
  • Won the Pacific Coast Wrestling Championship at 170 pounds as a high school junior in 2017
  • Claimed the Rose City Championship at 170 pounds as a high school junior in 2017
  • Lost just four matches all of high school while compiling 120 victories
  • Earned a state championship his senior year while also being awarded the character award
