Lara Quaglia is a freshman from San Pedro De Jujuy, Argentina who joined the Tigers for the spring section of this season. In 2025, she held a 57% win rate and held a career-high ITF Junior ranking of 453. She is 4-12 in singles and 7-8 in doubles for the season. Learn more about the student-athlete below:

- What made you want to come to Missouri, being from Argentina?
- "I chose Missouri because I know it's a very strong university, and also I wanted to have the experience of competing on a team."
- What are you most looking forward to while being at Mizzou?
- "I am most looking forward to growing as both an athlete and a student."
- How has the adjustment been from moving to a new country?
- "Everything is different here, mainly the language. Sometimes I miss my family and my friends, but at the same time I'm happy because I am living new experiences."
- What is something you know about Argentina that the average American would not?
- "I'm not sure what Americans know about Argentina, but we have a different culture and a lot of traditions."
- How did it feel to win your first singles match against St. Louis earlier this season?
- "I felt so happy because it was my first college singles win."
- Why did you choose to major in Economics?
- "I have found economics very interesting, and also it's the best fit for my goals."
