Men’s Golf Moves Up One at The Hootie at Bulls Bay

Junior Veikka Viskari posted his second-straight round under par at The Hootie on Bulls Bay on Monday as the Tigers moved up one spot as a team during the second round.
Viskari carded four birdies for the second-straight day as he finished day two with a one-under 71. He followed his 70 on Sunday as he now sits in 26th place of 84 golfers at -3 through 36 holes of play.
Two additional Tigers are under par after the second day of competition as junior Brock Snyder and freshman Esteban Cruz Bonilla have each posted their two best rounds of the season this week. Snyder is now in 31st at -2 (69-73), while Cruz Bonilla is one stroke behind in 42nd at -1 (71-72).
As a team, the Tigers moved up to 12th place with an overall score of -2.
The final day of competition at Bulls Bay is set to tee off on Tuesday morning with the Tigers beginning play at 7:18 a.m. CT.
