Mizzou tennis dropped a match to Alabama, 4-0, on Friday, March 13, hosted in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Starting with doubles, sophomore Zoe Lazar and freshman Lara Quaglia lost in a tight 6-4 match, while sophomore Korina Roso and senior Andrea Artimedi were tied 5-5 when their match went unfinished. The third doubles match resulted in a default win for Alabama.

For the singles portion of the match, Quaglia was defeated first in straight sets, followed by Roso, who was unable to pull away with a win, losing 6-4, 6-2. Alabama also received a default singles point due to a match withdrawal.

The final three matches were left unfinished as Alabama was able to clinch the win over Mizzou. Artimedi was able to win the first set of her match, 7-6, and Octa pushed her opponent to a 5-6 second set, but both were unable to finish.
