Jan Zubik Breaks School Record to Close First Day of Mizzou Qualifier

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou swimming and diving finished the first day of the Mizzou Qualifier inside Mizzou Aquatic Center.
Senior Jan Zubik set the school record in the men's 200 fly with a time of 1:40.65. The previous record was held by Danny Kovac, set in 2021 with a time of 1:40.78.
Swimming will continue tomorrow with prelims at 10 a.m., followed by finals at 5 p.m. Live results are available via MeetMobile and admission is free and open to the public.
