Tennis Earns Road Win at DePaul

Mizzou tennis took home a mid-week road win against DePaul, winning 4-1, on Tuesday, Feb. 24.
The Tigers earned an exciting doubles point with a 6-3 win from freshman Lara Quaglia and sophomore Zoe Lazar, and a 7-5 comeback victory from senior Andrea Artimedi and sophomore Gian Octa.
Moving onto singles, freshman Alex Ackman was first to finish for the Black and Gold, beating her opponent by an impressive 6-1, 6-0 score. Octa was next, winning her match 6-1, 6-3. Artimedi clinched the match for the Tigers, winning in a third-set tiebreaker. Sophomore Korina Roso and Lazar both went unfinished, as the match ended with a final score of 4-1.
UP NEXT
Missouri is back at home on Friday, Feb. 27, for a Southeastern Conference matchup against No. 10 Texas. The match will take place at 1 p.m. CT.
