Athletics Provides Weather Update Ahead of Weekend Events

Saturday's Bob Teel Invitational track and field meet canceled.
COLUMBIA, Mo. — Mizzou Athletics, in partnership with the National Weather Service, is closely monitoring weather conditions as a forecasted winter storm moves across the region this weekend.
As of Friday afternoon, all remaining home events are on schedule, after the Bob Teel Invitational track and field meet was canceled Thursday night. Mizzou Athletics, in coordination with the Southeastern Conference, Big 12 Conference (wrestling) and upcoming opponent institutions, is actively tracking forecasts and will make adjustments if situations warrant.
Fans planning to attend events this weekend are urged to use caution when traveling to and from Mizzou venues, particularly during periods of inclement weather.
Champions Drive is anticipated to be closed from Providence Road to Lot I just north of Mizzou Arena. Any further schedule changes or venue updates will be communicated through MUTigers.com and across Mizzou Athletics' official social media channels on X, Instagram and Facebook.
