The 2025 graduate established a personal record to claim the title.

NEW YORK – Missouri track and field alum Euphenie Andre won the women’s triple jump at the 2026 USA Track & Field (USATF) Outdoor Championship on Friday evening at Icahn Stadium.

The Dover Plains, N.Y. native notched a personal best of 13.89m (45-7) on her fifth attempt and topped it with a 13.94m (45-9) on her final attempt to secure the victory.

“Euphenie has some big goals and she took a big step in the right direction this weekend,” assistant coach TJ Harris said. “She had two lifetime bests in the competition. To be at her best on that stage is really cool to see. Keep watching! There is more to come in the future!”

The triple jumper has tailored an impressive professional resume. In June, she represented the United States at the 2026 Pan American Athletics Championship with a fourth place jump of 13.73m. At last year’s USATF Outdoor Championship, Andre jumped 13.64m to finish third. A few weeks later, she took second at the 2025 North American, Central American and Caribbean Championship (NACAC), adding to her silver medal from the 2023 NACAC U23 Championship. In 2024, Andre placed seventh at the US Olympic Trials.

During her career competing for the Black and Gold, Andre claimed the triple jump title at the 2024 Southeastern Conference Outdoor Championship and earned a pair of All-American honors, receiving first team recognition for the 2021 indoor season and second team accolades in 2023 for outdoor. She added her name to the Missouri all-time record books with the No. 2 indoor mark in 2025 and No. 4 for the outdoor campaign in 2023.
