
Harrison Featured in D1Softball’s Pitcher Rankings

COLUMBIA, Mo. – University of Missouri softball junior pitcher Cierra Harrison was featured in the 2025 D1Softball Player Position Rankings – Pitcher, the organization announced Tuesday morning.
Harrison, a Lee's Summit, Missouri, native, was tabbed the #28 ranked pitcher in the rankings. The 2025 preseason honor marks the second in her career after she was listed on Softball America's Preseason Top 100 Jan. 6.
Harrison compiled a 14-3 record in the circle over 2024 with a 2.05 ERA over 106.0 innings with 87 strikeouts. She posted four complete games and three shutouts with a save.
Harrison tallied her first career no-hitter against Texas A&M-Commerce on Feb. 16 with eight strikeouts. She also threw a complete-game shutout against Auburn (March 9), racking up nine strikeouts.
In two seasons donning the Black & Gold, Harrison has totaled a 22-5 record with six complete games and four shutouts.
