
Mizzou Athletics: Sunday, Feb. 20 Event Primer

A jam-packed day of Mizzou Athletics, join us for our three home events on Sunday, Feb. 20. The day kicks off with the 11th-ranked Mizzou gymnastics team in Hearnes Center at 12 p.m. followed by a double header of Mizzou Basketball. The Missouri women's team hosts Mississippi State at 2 p.m., followed by a men's matchup at 8 p.m.
Gymnastics vs. Arkansas, LSU – 12 p.m. - Hearnes Center - Tickets
After competing on the road last week at No. 7 Auburn, Missouri returns home to host No. 5 LSU and No. 16 Arkansas in a unique SEC tri-meet. The meet serves as a rescheduled meet from earlier this season.
Mizzou Gym ranks seventh in the country in beam and is lead in the all-around by Sienna Schreiber who ranks 26th nationally in the all-around and ninth on beam. The last time Missouri was in Hearnes Center, the Tigers' set a program-record with a 197.775 team score.

Women's Basketball vs. Mississippi State – 2 p.m. – Mizzou Arena – Tickets
Mizzou's women's basketball team hosts Mississippi State for a 2 p.m. game in Mizzou Arena, as the Tigers' will honor senior Ladazhia Williams.
With 16 wins this season, the Tigers' have won their most games since 2018-19. Mizzou ranks 10th in the country and leads the SEC in field goal percentage while also ranking top-10 in three-point field goal percentage. In the Tigers' last outing against Georgia, Hayley Frank became the 39th player in school history to eclipse 1,000 career points at Mizzou.

Men's Basketball vs. Mississippi State – 7 p.m. – Mizzou Arena - Tickets
After playing Mississippi State Friday night on the road, the Tigers welcome the Bulldogs for a return trip Sunday evening. The game serves as a rescheduled contest due to the original game being postponed.
With one of the toughest schedules in the country, Missouri is one of seven schools in the SEC to have three or more Quad 1 wins this season. The Tigers rank second in SEC play with a 74.6 shooting performance at the free throw line and have been led by senior Javon Pickett in conference action as he is shooting nearly 50 percent.
