
Wrestling Announces 2022-23 Schedule

COLUMBIA, Mo. — University of Missouri Wrestling faces nine Big 12 foes during the 2022-23 regular season. The Tigers begin their season under head coach Brian Smith with the annual Black and Gold scrimmage at the Hearnes Center Oct. 29.
The Tigers open the season hosting Lindenwood outside at the Softball Complex, Nov. 6. They remain in Missouri for the Tiger Style Invite in Kansas City, Mo. Nov. 12, before traveling to Arizona State, Nov. 17. Mizzou returns to Missouri for the Lindenwood Open, Nov. 19.
Conference duals begin Dec. 2 when West Virginia visits the Hearnes Center. The Tigers also face North Dakota State (Dec. 20), Northern Iowa (Jan. 8) and Iowa State (Feb. 15) at home this season.
The Tigers hit the road to Cedar Falls, Iowa for the UNI Open (Dec. 10). They have a three-week span on the road where they face Air Force (Jan. 13), Wyoming (Jan. 14), Oklahoma (Feb. 3) and Oklahoma State (Feb. 5).
Mizzou will also take part in the Southern Scuffle (Jan. 1-2) again this season.
The Big 12 Championship will take place in Tulsa, Okla., March 4-5. The Tigers will look to extend their streak and win their 12th consecutive conference title, and second-straight Big 12 Title. Tulsa, Okla. will also play host to the NCAA Championship March 16-18. Sophomore Keegan O'Toole returns for the Tigers after an undefeated 2021-22 season where he is the defending NCAA Champion in the 165 pound weight class.
Single-match tickets for the Lindenwood Dual at the Softball Complex will go on sale early next week.
