COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Mizzou gymnastics team released a 2022 schedule, featuring 10 meets, including five at Hearnes Center, along with competitions against eight teams from the Top-25 a year ago.
Mizzou's home schedule is highlighted by Southeastern Conference foes LSU, Florida, and Arkansas and nonconference opponents Southeast Missouri State, Ball State, Illinois State, Iowa State, Illinois and Lindenwood.
The Tigers open the season at home, playing host to a quad meet on Jan. 7, 2022 against SEMO, BSU and ISU. Mizzou remains at home to start SEC action on Jan. 14 against LSU ahead of a nonconference meet at North Carolina on Jan. 22.
The Tigers will split the next four matches, two home and two away - playing host to Florida (Feb. 4) and Arkansas (Feb. 20) and traveling to Kentucky (Jan. 28) and Auburn (Feb. 11). Mizzou wraps up regular-season conference action with back-to-back road trips at Alabama (Feb. 25) and Georgia (Mar. 4).
The Tigers conclude the regular season as they host a quad meet against Iowa State, Illinois, and Lindenwood on Mar. 12.
Postseason competition gets underway on March 19, at the 2022 SEC Championships in Birmingham, Alabama.

ABOUT THE TIGERS
Mizzou looks to continue its run of success after reaching the NCAA Regionals for the fifth consecutive season in 2021. Eleven Tigers return for in 2022, led by an All-American on beam, Sienna Schreiber. Helen Hu, Hannah McCrary and Sydney Schaffer return after helping Mizzou earn its highest-ever Southeastern Conference Championships score. Mizzou will also welcome six newcomers in the 2022 freshmen class
