Lopez, Rousseau Take Platform Titles Against Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The Mizzou men's and women's diving teams swept the platform competition on Saturday morning in a continuation of a meet with Louisville at the Ralph Wright Natatorium in Louisville, Ky.
Junior Sarah Rousseau (Melbourne, Fla.) and sophomore Carlo Lopez (Edmonton, Alberta, Canada) both took top honors on platform to conclude action.
KEY PERFORMANCES
Rousseau scored 249.9 points to finish first in the women's competition, 13 points ahead of the second-place finisher. Rousseau also placed first on both 1-meter and 3-meter on Friday in an unscored meet against the Cardinals.
On the men's side, Lopez tallied 339.23 points for his fifth event title of the 2020-21 season. He took second on both 1-meter and 3-meter during Friday action. In his first outing since joining the Tigers this semester, freshman Takuto Endo (Tagajo, Japan) finished third with 289.58 points.
