2020 Men's Schedule | 2020 Women's Schedule

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Cross Country announced the team's 2020 schedule on Tuesday, which includes two home meets in Columbia. The Tigers will compete in three meets prior to postseason competition, which will feature a trip to Baton Rouge, La., for SEC Cross Country Championships.

"We are thankful to be back training and competing in 2020," said Mizzou Cross Country head coach Marc Burns. "It is certainly a different world we are navigating as a team, but we are proud of how our student athletes are handling it. Thanks to Commissioner Sankey, Jim Sterk and their administrative teams for having the resolve to push ahead and provide these great opportunities for our student athletes."

Mizzou will open its season in Nashville, Tenn. for the Commodore Classic on Saturday, Sept. 19. Competing in the Classic last year, the women finished fourth and the men finished fifth.

Next, Mizzou will return to Columbia to host two consecutive events. Both events will take place at the Gans Creek Cross Country Course, the new home course and world-class facility of Mizzou Cross Country. The Gans Creek Classic comes first on Saturday, Oct. 3, with Arkansas (women), Iowa State, Kansas, Ole Miss, Texas A&M and Vanderbilt slated to compete in Columbia. Mizzou will then finish out the regular season with the Missouri XC Invitational on Friday, Oct. 16. Spectator information to this year's home meets will be announced at a later date.

After the three regular season meets, Mizzou will compete at the SEC Championships in Baton Rouge, La., on Friday, Oct. 30. The women logged a third-place finish and the men finished in seventh place in last year's championships. The women's finish marked the fourth consecutive top-five finish for the program.
