Please note, the deadline for the Tryout Packet and Medical Packet submission is Monday, April 21, 2025 by 5:00 p.m.
Medical tryout packets and all required supporting medical documents must be submitted as ONE PDF to Kendyl Boone, ATC via email: krbp63@health.missouri.edu. Failure to submit as instructed will result in an ineligible submission. An email reply stating clearance for try outs will be provided once submission is approved.
