Mizzou Tennis Signs Olga Bienzobas Fernandez

Bienzobas Fernandez hails from Spain
COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Tennis Interim Head Coach Chris Wootton announced the signing of Olga Bienzobas Fernandez from Spain on Wednesday. She will join Mizzou as a freshman and will have four years of eligibility remaining.
"We are excited to welcome an up and coming talent such as Olga to our Mizzou family," said Wootton. "Olga brings a competitive edge and toughness to our team. Her athletic impact and drive to be the best will help lead this team into the future."
Over the 2018 junior season, Bienzobas Fernandez posted a 6-2 single record in two tournaments. She is the fourth talented newcomer Mizzou has added for the 2020-21 season, as she joins Romary Cardenas Rifka and Valentina Vasquez Pongruber and transfer Bronte Murgett from New Mexico.
