Mizzou Gymnastics Rounds Out Signing Class

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou gymnastics head coach Shannon Welker rounded out the Tigers' signing class with the addition of Sydney Schaffer (Andover, Kan.), he announced Friday. Schaffer joins fellow signees Kyra Burns and Amaya Marshall, Kalise Newson and Jena Swanson as members of Mizzou's 2021 freshman class.

- 2018 and 2019 Kansas State all-around champion
- Kansas State floor (2019) and beam (2018) champion
- Owns career-best Level 10 scores of 9.825 on vault, 9.6 on floor, 9.575 on beam and 9.45 on bars
