COLUMBIA, Mo. – No. 20 Mizzou Baseball (33-16-1, 12-11-1 SEC) hits the road for the final time in Southeastern Conference play this season with a three-game series this weekend at No. 2 Vanderbilt. The Tigers and Commodores open play Friday evening at Charles Hawkins Field with first pitch scheduled for 6:30 p.m. CT.
The two squads close the weekend with back to back day games in Nashville, as action begins at 2 p.m. CT and noon CT Saturday and Sunday, respectively. All three games this weekend will broadcast live on SEC Network + via WatchESPN.
Fans can also tune-in to KTGR (105.1 FM, 100.5 FM, 1580 AM) this weekend and all season long, as Tex Little and Matt Michaels return to the radio airwaves.

Series History vs. Vanderbilt
- Mizzou trails in the all-time series with Vanderbilt, 17-3.
- The two programs last met a season ago (April 19-21, 2018) for a three-game series at Taylor Stadium. The Tigers claimed a series victory over the Commodores after taking game one and two in Mid-Missouri.
- Mizzou last visited Charles Hawkins Field two years ago (May 5-7, 2017). The Tigers fell in two of three contests overall against Vanderbilt. Mizzou's victory in the middle game of the weekend set marked its first-ever win against the Commodores.
Mizzou's Team Speed Makes Program History
- Head Coach Steve Bieser has team speed up and down the lineup this season and he's certainly not afraid of utilizing it. Through 50 games played, Mizzou ranks first in the Southeastern Conference and 16th in the NCAA with 96 stolen bases.
- The Tigers have stolen multiples bases in 24 games, while producing three-plus stolen bases 13 times.
- In its recent three-game series at No. 23 Tennessee (May 3-5), Mizzou captured its 95th and 96th stolen bases of the year, surpassing the 2011 Tiger squad's total of 94 stolen bases for the most single-season swipes in program history.
- Individually (as of May 8), junior OF/1B Kameron Misner ranks T-3rd in the SEC with 19 swipes, while sophomore C Chad McDaniel ranks T-8th with 15 steals.
