Hear From Head Coach Steve Bieser
On the team's gritty performance Tuesday…
"Gritty is a great way to put it. I don't even know how to describe this game. We were very fortunate to come out on top. We're ready to move onto tomorrow. I just told the guys to forget about everything tonight, good and bad, and pretend we weren't here tonight playing. Let's move on to play a clean and much better brand of baseball tomorrow."
On Thomas Broyles' key at bat in the 12th inning…
"What a gutsy performance by Thomas in his at bat. He didn't give in. That's a guy who's trying to get on our travel roster and a guy who really wants to be a part of this. He showed some toughness right there and earned some stripes with that at bat."
