
Mizzou Women’s Basketball Falls to Princeton at Home

Frank paces the Tigers with 10 points
COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Women's Basketball (3-9, 0-0 SEC) fell to Princeton (10-1, 0-0 IVY), 68-33, on Wednesday evening at Mizzou Arena. Mizzou was led in scoring by freshman forward Hayley Frank (Strafford, Mo.), who scored in double figures for the ninth time in the past 10 games with 10 points.
TURNING POINT
Princeton started the game quickly, holding a 15-0 advantage after six minutes of action. Mizzou was able to cut the lead to eight after an 11-4 run that extended into the second quarter. However, Princeton maintained its lead into halftime and throughout the rest of the game.
TOP TIGERS
- Frank paced the Tigers with a team-high 10 points. She also grabbed four rebounds and dished out one assist.
- Freshman guard Aijha Blackwell (Berkley, Mo.) grabbed a career-high nine rebounds while scoring seven points.
NOTES
- Frank scored in double figures for the ninth time this season and the ninth time in the last 10 games.
- Blackwell pulled down a career-best nine rebounds, and improved her streak of 5+ rebounds to eight consecutive games.
- Senior forward Hannah Schuchts (Tallahassee, Fla.) recorded two blocks in the contest, marking the fourth game in a row she has had multiple blocks, the longest streak of her career.

Mizzou finishes off its non-conference slate as the Tigers host Illinois at Mizzou Arena on Friday, Dec. 20. The tipoff is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. CT on SEC Network.
