Swim & Dive leads the way with 30 recipients
COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Athletics placed 49 student-athletes on the 2017-2018 Winter Southeastern Conference Academic Honor Roll, announced Wednesday (April 18) by SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey.
The 2017-2018 Winter SEC Academic Honor Roll includes the sports of basketball, equestrian, gymnastics and swimming & diving. It is based on grades from the 2017 Spring, Summer and Fall terms.
A total of 665 student-athletes from the SEC's 14 institutions were recognized on this year's list. The complete 2017-2018 Winter SEC Honor Roll and its corresponding nomination criteria can be found here.
Mizzou was represented by five of the six programs eligible in this year's Winter SEC Academic Honor Roll. Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving paved the way with 30 total recognitions.
