COLUMBIA, Mo. – Goals from seniors Kaitlyn Clark (Liberty, Mo.) and Savannah Trujillo (Kansas City, Mo.) gave the Mizzou soccer team a must-win 2-0 victory over LSU Thursday night at Walton Stadium. The Tigers claimed the No. 10 seed in next week's 2017 SEC Soccer Tournament thanks to the win and two other results in other Southeastern Conference matches. Missouri will face No. 7 seed Alabama in a first round matchup on Sunday, Oct. 29 at 1 p.m. CT in Orange Beach, Alabama.

The Tigers improved to 7-11-1 overall and 3-7-0 in SEC matches with the win, while LSU fell to 8-7-3 and 1-6-2.

TURNING POINT
