COLUMBIA, Mo. – Mizzou Volleyball has set its annual camp dates for the upcoming 2017 summer, as announced Monday by head coach Wayne Kreklow. Overall, the Tigers will offer four different types of camps – a youth camp, a team camp, an individual skills camp and a positional camp – and will run throughout June and July in mid-Missouri.

Youth Day Camp
- When: June 19-22, July 17-20
- Ages: 3rd – 8th Grade
- Cost: $190
- Description: The Mizzou Volleyball Youth Camp is a great way for your child to learn about the game of volleyball in a fun environment. The camp is designed to teach age appropriate skills and techniques to the up-and-coming athlete. This is a developmental camp that targets the beginning athletes.
Team Camp
- When: July 12-13
- Ages: 6th – 12th Grade
- Cost: $225 Residential, $180 Commuter
- Description: The Mizzou Volleyball Team Camp is designed for Varsity and Junior Varsity teams. The Team Camp allows teams to work together by playing matches against each other in order to develop skills and chemistry prior to the beginning of the season. Competition amongst other schools takes place during each session. The Team Camp concludes with an exciting all-camp tournament.
Individual Skills Camp
- When: June 5-7, July 6-8, July 9-11
- Ages: 6th – 12th Grade
- Cost: $345 Residential, $280 Commuter
- Description: The Mizzou Volleyball Individual Skills Camp is designed specifically for athletes wanting to focus on the fundamentals of the game. Athletes are drilled in all skill areas including setting, blocking, serving, attacking and individual defense. Additionally, instruction in team offensive and defensive systems will be incorporated through team play.
Positional Camp
- When: June 5-7, July 6-8, July 9-11
- Ages: 6th – 12th Grade
- Cost: $345 Residential, $280 Commuter
- Description: The Mizzou Volleyball Positional Camp features concentrated instruction for the athlete who wishes to focus on a designated position (S, OH, MB or Libero/DS). Campers will spend the majority of their time drilling on those skills unique to their chosen position. Team play is also provided to incorporate individual skill development into team offensive and defensive systems. Players will be grouped according to age/skill level.
