Mizzou Volleyball Summer Camps Q&A

Who do I contact in case of an emergency?
In the event of an emergency, please contact Mizzou Volleyball Camp Director at (979) 575-0647. Staff members will be available 24 hours a day throughout your child's stay at the camp.
Will an athletic trainer be available?
There will be an athletic trainer working at each site during all camp sessions. We ask that campers supply items (tape, prewrap, etc) for pre-existing conditions. Our trainers will also be on call 24 hours a day in case of a medical emergency. Please contact the Mizzou Volleyball Camp Director at (979) 575-0647 if it's after hours.
What can the athletic trainer treat/provide?
Due to liability issues, trainers are only allowed to evaluate an injury, provide basic first aid treatment, and refer. Trainers are not allowed to dispense aspirin, ibuprofen or any other meds to campers. Trainers are not allowed to “treat” things like blisters, in grown toenails, etc. that require invasive procedures. Trainers may provide padding; lubrication, etc. minimize discomfort for such occurrences.
Where does my daughter eat her meals?
Campers are allowed to bring their own lunch or purchase a box lunch for each day of camp. More meal information will be provided following registration.
Where is pick up and drop off?
Campers will need to be dropped off at the Hearnes Center (west side doors - side nearest football stadium). There will be a socially distanced check-in process with signage to direct campers where to go.
Will my daughter need extra money?
The only money your daughter will need would be for souvenir items from the camp store. We recommend not bringing large amounts of money or a lot of expensive electronic items to camp.
