TIGER TIDBITS
- Mizzou leads the all-time series with Kentucky 5-1-1, including a 3-1 win last season in Lexington.
- The Tigers own a 3-1-1 edge in the series with the Bulldogs. Last year the two teams earned a 1-1 draw.
- Missouri concluded its nonconference schedule with a 3-1 win over Weber State on Sunday. The Tigers went 5-2-0 against non-SEC teams, including a 5-1-0 mark at Walton Stadium.
- Junior Allie Hess notched five points against Weber State with two goals and an assist. She now ranks second on the squad with nine points.
- All nine of Hess' points have come over the last five games.
- The Tigers have scored 21 goals less exactly halfway through the regular season. Last year, Mizzou tallied 25 goals in all 19 contests.
- Mizzou has scored three or more goals in five of its nine games so far this year. The 2015 team reached the mark only five times in 19 contests.
- Mizzou opened SEC play with a 5-0 win at Ole Miss on Sept. 9. The five goals were the most-ever by the Tigers in an SEC game and the most for the team since a 5-1 win over Pacific on Aug. 23, 2013.
- Freshman Sarah Luebbert leads the Tigers with 13 points on five goals and three assists. She needs only one more point and one more goal to enter Mizzou's freshmen top-10 list for both categories.
- Luebbert's 13 points in the first seven matches of the season were the most for a Tiger since Ashley Hamblin had 15 (five goals, five assists) over the first seven games of 2006.
- Missouri has spread its offense around as five different Tigers found the back of the net against Ole Miss, one week after four Tigers scored against San Francisco on Sept. 2. Overall, 11 different players have scored in 2016.
