TIGER TIDBITS
- LSU leads the all-time series 2-1, while Mizzou has a 2-1 edge against Georgia.
- Mizzou defeated both teams a year ago, with a 3-1 win at home over LSU and a 2-0 road victory over Georgia.
- Missouri is ranked 31st in the third RPI of the season, one of only two five-win teams in the top 54. Eight different SEC programs are in the top 45.
- The Tigers defeated Ole Miss, 2-1, last weekend to go to 2-0-1 in their last three games.
- The Rebels took a quick 1-0 lead in the third minute but a goal from redshirt junior Jessica Herrman late in the first half and another from redshirt senior Lauren Flynn in the second propelled the team to the win.
- Mizzou's offense has scored six goals in its last three games after totaling two in its previous five contests.
- Sophomore Savannah Trujillo leads the Tigers with four goals on the year, three of which have come in SEC play.
- Also with multiple goals this season are Herrman and Flynn, who both have two.
- Mizzou has allowed only five goals through the first five SEC matches, a total that's tied for third in the league. South Carolina and Tennessee have allowed four, while Texas A&M has allowed five as well.
- Redshirt sophomore keeper Kristen Rivers has started the last four games in net for Mizzou and boasts a 1.13 GAA and a .700 save percentage. She held each opponent to a goal per game, including high scoring offensive teams South Carolina, Ole Miss and Kentucky.
- Freshman keeper Kelsey Dossey ranks first nationally among freshman goalies with a 0.52 goals against average. She also ranks fourth overall in the SEC in that category.
- Mizzou's win over then-No. 9 Auburn on Sept. 11 marked the first win for the Tigers over a top-10 team since a 1-0 victory against No. 7 Florida on Sept. 29, 2013.
