COLUMBIA, Mo. - Join us in kicking off the 2015 season as generations of the Mizzou Baseball family come together to recognize past and present achievements in a fun-filled night.
The 11th Annual First Pitch Celebration will include a catered dinner, beverages for young and old, introductions of past and present players, a 2015 season outlook and a silent auction featuring prestigious professional and collegiate items.
Speaking at this year's First Pitch Dinner will be former Tiger standout Charlie James. A member of the 1964 St. Louis Cardinals World Series team, James played six seasons at the Major League level. Appearing in 510 games, he hit .255 with 28 homers and 172 RBIs. He also played fullback for the Mizzou football program during his time as a Tiger.
