COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Mizzou gymnastics team signed five student-athletes to National Letters of Intent, Head Coach Shannon Welker announced on Thursday, Nov. 13. Allison Bower (Mesa, Ariz.), Madeleine Huber (St. Louis, Mo.), Brooke Kelly (Leeds, Ala.), Morgan Porter (Overland, Mo.) and Michaelee Turner (Parkville, Mo.) will all join the Tigers for the 2016 campaign.
"We are so impressed with all of these young ladies," Welker said. "I think what makes this class so special is that every one of them has the ability to be competitive on every event. We are so impressed with both their passion and character. These are the type of young women that perpetuate the Championship Culture we're building here."

Why Madeleine chose Mizzou: "When my two oldest brothers attended the University of Missouri, my parents and I enjoyed visiting them. I quickly became very comfortable on campus and loved going to the gymnastics meets. Becoming a Missouri gymnast soon became my long-term goal."
