1st Quarter

ASU got the opening kick, and after the teams traded possessions, the Sun Devils drove 77 yards on five plays to take a 7-0 lead, marking the first time this season Mizzou has trailed...
On Mizzou's next possession, the Tigers put together a nice-looking drive that ended with a Grant Ressel 24-yard FG at the 3:45 mark to cut the ASU lead to 7-3. The drive covered 64 yards on 9 plays, consuming 4:20 off the clock...
On that drive, senior TE Michael Egnew caught a 14-yard reception to take the Tigers into the red zone, and the catch was the 100th of his career...
Junior WR T.J. Moe returned the kickoff preceding that drive 29 yards on what was his first career kickoff return...
The quarter ended with ASU holding a 7-3 lead, with the ball on the Mizzou 23-yardline for a 2nd-and-8...

2nd Quarter

Sophomore QB James Franklin completed his first 10 passes of the game before his first incompletion that came with 8:35 left in the half. Franklin was 10-of-10 passing for 108 yards to that point in the game...
Franklin eventually 70-yard drive that culminated with his own 2-yard keeper to tie the game at 10-10 with 7:48 left in the quarter. The Tigers overcame an offensive pass interference call on the first play of the drive that backed them up to a 1st-and-25 at their own 15 yardline. Franklin was 4-for-5 passing on the drive for 78 yards...
Trey Barrow unleashed a 73-yard punt to set a new career long, besting his 57-yarder from last week against Miami (Ohio). It was the longest punt by a Tiger since Adam Crossett's 79-yard punt against Texas A&M in 2006...
Senior PK Grant Ressel was just wide on a 54-yard FG attempt at the halftime gun that would have been good from possibly 60 yards, as it went over, but wide left almost halfway up the uprights...

3rd Quarter

Ressel made up for his miss to end the half by drilling a 47-yard FG to open the second half. Ressel's kick cut the ASU lead to 16-13, and capped an 8-play, 41-yard scoring drive...
After a Tiger defensive stop, Mizzou drove 89 yards all the way to the ASU 1-yardline, but a 3rd-and-goal pass fell incomplete, and Ressel came in to make a 19-yard FG to tie the game at 16-apiece with 6:42 left in the period...

4th Quarter

Kenronte Walker recovered a muffed punt early in the fourth quarter for the first turnover of the game. It was the first fumble recovery for the Tigers this season...
Franklin hit L'Damian Washington in the end zone for a 25-yard score to capitalize on the fumble, cutting the ASU lead to 30-23. It was Washington's first career touchdown reception, and Franklin's second touchdown pass of the year...
Mizzou completed two fourth down conversions on their game-tying drive late in the fourth quarter. On fourth-and-inches, Franklin took the ball under center and snuck through the line for the first down. Later in the drive, Franklin hit Michael Egnew for a four-yard touchdown on fourth and goal to set up the game-tying PAT...

Overtime

This was Missouri's first overtime game since the 2008 Alamo Bowl on Dec. 29, where the Tigers edged out a 30-23 victory over Northwestern...
Missouri is now 9-4 all-time in overtime games and 5-2 under head coach Gary Pinkel.
Mizzou's last overtime loss was to Colorado on Nov. 9, 2002, when the Tigers fell 42-35.
